Information we collect

LocalLoop collects the information needed to operate fundraiser storefronts, process orders, attribute participant activity, prepare reports, coordinate fulfillment, and respond to support requests. This may include buyer contact details, order details, fundraiser participation records, organization records, local partner records, and support messages.

How information is used

Buyer and order information is used for fundraiser fulfillment, reporting, support, transaction records, duplicate-charge review, technical issue resolution, and organization/local partner coordination.

Current Security & Data Handling Profile

LocalLoop is being built with security-minded operations, including role-based access, limited data collection, backups, clear support processes, and controlled administrative access.

LocalLoop does not store payment card numbers.
Live payments, when activated, will be processed through Stripe.
Vendor users only access their own vendor dashboard and reports.
Organization users only access their own organization dashboard, fundraiser records, participant records, orders, and related reporting.
Admin access is restricted.
Organizations handle final-mile distribution.
LocalLoop provides storefront software, vendor coordination support, order records, reports, and support for duplicate charges or technical issues.
Online fundraiser pages are the source of truth.

Payment information

LocalLoop does not store payment card numbers. Stripe is the intended payment processor for live payments. Payment processing information is handled by the payment processor according to its own systems and policies.

Access by organizations and local partners

Organization dashboard access is scoped to that organization’s fundraiser records, participant records, orders, and related reporting. Local partner dashboard access is scoped to that partner’s assigned fundraiser activity and reports.
